Best service and performance
The installation and service was excellent. The lift functioned as the requirements described. I would recommend this to anyone handicapped.

Outstanding service from initial inquiry to installation
Opportunities to endorse a product or service without reservation are rare. However, my experience with Stannah Stairlifts was nothing short of outstanding. From my initial inquiry, throughout the sales, measuring and installation process, Stannah representatives were professional, informative and reliable. Communication regarding the product itself, the process for purchase and installation and the use of the product was outstanding. Every encounter,whether via telephone or face to face left me saying "this is without a doubt the best customer service experience I have ever had". The lift itself has been outstanding and enhanced my father's quality of life tremendously.

Except size of chair is small for an average adult

Excellent Service and Product
We could not be more happy with our overall experience from in home Sales to the installation. Scheduling was easy, on time and the technician was extremely thorough in his installation, clean-up and reviewing the product with us. Absolutely everyone we dealt with was thoughtful and professional and the product outshone anything else we had looked at. We are very happy we went with the Stannah Stairlift. If you're thinking of going for a less expensive option, don't! You get what you pay for and although Stannah is not the cheapest, it is by FAR the best product out there for the money spent! We are extremely happy to endorse Stannah Stairlifts!

The stairlift is terrific!
We are finding the stairlift a great addition to our home. It saves us time, and most important, it saves us the effort to accomplish repeated trips to the basement for laundry, retrieving food from the basement freezer, and myriad other errands that were becoming a burden to my wife and me, both of us in our late 80s.
