Kind: He understood that having a chairlift installed can be an emotional and challenging experience, and he treated us with compassion and respect. Patient: He made multiple adjustments to the chair height until it was exactly right for us, never making us feel rushed. The Stannah chairlift has been a game changer. It allows us to remain safely and comfortably in our home. The chair is easy to use and very comfortable. Jen, in the New Jersey office, was also a pleasure to work with. She welcomed me when I came in to try the chairlifts and was helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend Stannah to anyone considering a chairlift.

The sales team was good and responded to all my questions. Although the installation was delayed from the earlier time set during the sale, the installation itself was excellent.

Both Eric and Gordon arrived on time. They were very pleasant and got to work right away. The installation process took about 4 hours and they made sure my mother and I understood how the stairlift worked. Gave us all the information we need but in case we had any other questions, to be sure to call office. We only had the stairlift for a week but so far the whole experience was great. Would recommend them if you need stairlifts.

The sales rep, Jamie, was great. The installation went very quickly and smoothly and the installers were polite and tidy. I would have given you 5 stars but it took too long to be made and shipped. I had to wait into the 7th week and I am disabled and was barely able to climb the stairs. Very happy with the product.

Great salesman , timely installation and Leo your installer technician did a beautiful job . I am very happy . For my wife no more step dangers.
