I was impressed with the competence of all and felt entirely comfortable with having them in my home.

I spoke to a customer service person (Amy) regarding the cost to have a large room steam cleaned and deodorized in the SE FL area. She could not answer a basic question and was very rude and disrespectful. This company needs to have customer friendly people answering the phones who can represent the company in a positive light. I will NEVER contact this company again!

Stanley Steamer did my 12 basement stairs on Tuesday morning. Now that they have dried, the stains are back. I have pictures. I have had SS do my stairs in the past (once) and it was with better results. Kevin did a great job as a saleman, but I would need a guarantee that the results will be better than I am seeing now before I would use SS again.

I was appalled and shocked that thry would have someone in a management position such as Jonathan(Mount Dora florida) he did such an atrocious job to my mom's home he did not vacuum around the beds there was a large stain on the carpet never even vacuumed it it was in a corner The other two bedrooms he left wet I had to go ascertain a wet vac and vacuum the place myself even when the other people came to re-clean the carpets they told me it was not done properly and they were shocked how much dirt was still there. I'm absolutely appalled that you would have him as a manager and I hope you never sent him to our house again. He takes advantage of the elderly. Dr Persaud

The person that came to our home destroyed tile in the bathroom and the company sent out a claim examiner who fraudulently reported it was not Stanley Steamers fault. It was quite obviously done by their service person; the evidence was clear and not even questionable. We had to hire someone to the tune of $300 to repair the damage. Don't need to say more.

The Middle Ga area Stanley Steemer did a fantastic job on my furniture and tile! I can’t say enough great things from the lady I spoke to on the phone when booking the appt to the guys that came out to do the cleaning! I will definitely use them again in the future!

Our tech was very nice and courteous. My house doesn't smell like chemicals. I wasn't impressed with the service. I was expecting better results than a rug doctor and stains to be removed. That's not what happened. It looks basically the same, except my house is wet. BTW: 8-12 hours to dry is what the tech said. We'll see. This carpet is 10 years old and has been cleaned 3 times; with disappointing results. I had pretty low expectations. I still wouldn't do it again. $226 out the door. 2 rooms and a hallway with deodorizer. What a rip. Could have rug doctored it for less than half that.

Tech showed at the appt time and toured home to estimate the original quote. The original quote said there would be pretreatment on soiled areas and spot treat any spots, this step was not completed. Did not want to move any furniture. as he was cleaning he went so fast that he left the carpet soaked, which took until the next day to dry ( some spots over 24 hours) and when dry still had the soiled areas showing. Tile floors were sprayed with grout cleaner and gone over very quickly leaving a large amount of water on the floor. when dry after nine hours my floor qrout was clean in some areas and still dark in most areas. no sealer was applied although he claimed to have applied it. I left a negative review on the phone message and a supervisor call and i explained how I felt and he rescheduled a redo appt and the tech showed up took some pictures and got with his supervisor and decided that there was nothing wrong with the carpet or the tile grout. He said that he could redo the job if I would pay another $700.00 for the job. After a second bad review I have not heard from any one at the local franchise. I will not use again and will not recommend them to my friend or real estate agents that I know.
