Digital assets should be moved instantly they only allow transfers during business hours only and my transaction took 24 hours to move not acceptable.

I'm sorry to hear that you felt our transaction processing time for digital assets is slower than expected. As outlined in our help center documentation, your funds/assets are held by our Regulated Custodial Partner, Prime Trust (https://www.primetrust.com). Many of these assets are held in cold storage, which means they must be moved into a hot wallet manually by Prime Trust during business hours for transfer and make take up to 24 hours. This process is unfortunately not instant, however, it does ensure the safety and security of your assets. We appreciate your honest feedback & understanding here and hope you have a great weekend. I went to Stably to cashout on some crypto. It was around 11am when I initiated the transaction. The hours they are able to do this is between 9am and 5pm. It said it would happen in 1-3 days which is longer than I was hoping for. The transaction went through the next day sometime during their business hours. Stably did come through and did what they said they would do.
