WOW FAST AND EFFICIENT!!
WOW! VERY Fast and Efficient way to deposit Crypto in to your LOBSTR Wallet.. I wired the money in to my Prime Stably account and it was deposited in to my Stably account with in ONE business day. I then was Easily able to transfer the USD COINS from STABLY in to my LOBSTR wallet. Much safer and faster then using and going through a Exchange if you want to Transfer your Stable Coins and Trade on LOBSTR.

Wasn't able to connect a bank account
Wasn't able to connect a bank account. Support was unconcerned and uncommunicative for most of the exchanges I had with them. Ultimately they said they didn't know the problem and had no ability to figure it out, then they closed the ticket.

Good afternoon Ian, My name is Wesley McLaughlin and I am the Customer Success Manager here at Stably. Thank you for your feedback here as we are always looking for ways to improve the platform and better serve both our customers and our partners. I'm sorry to hear that you felt our support staff was unconcerned and uncommunicative. I see that the ticket in reference here was submitted because you were running into trouble with making a deposit on Stably Prime via ACH utilizing our Plaid integration. Due to issues with Plaid's integration with Capital One (your bank) you were unable to make a deposit. We are always working with our partners and integrators to ensure our clients have a positive experience on the platform and apologize that you felt your issue was not accurately addressed. I do see that you rated the interaction on Zendesk as good/satisfied and was hoping to identify what has changed between then and now so that I can best address it with the team internally. We appreciate your honest feedback & understanding here and hope you have a great weekend. Best Regards, Wesley McLaughlin Customer Success Manager Stably.io

Stably to buy Chia
I have used Stably on a few occasions now to purchase Chia. Everything worked perfectly each time. I did have a short wait period as everything was free. However when I added a small fee to the transaction it processed even quicker. Although I think this was more to do with the Chia process. The support at Stably was extremely friendly and helpful and could not do enough to ensure I was happy with all outcomes. I wish Stably every success with their business.

Faster in and out transactions needed.
The inability to do same day stablecoin transactions to and from stably is very detrimental to the platform. I would like to be able to transfer USDS to Stably on Saturday night and have it be able to be swapped to LTC and transferred off with in minutes. Currently, it takes so long that its using archaic banker hours which is what this was designed to help bring up to speed so it goes against the core tenant. The platform itself works and its relatively low fees compared to competitors so its good for what it is just needs more speed.

Good afternoon Thomas, My name is Wesley McLaughlin and I am the Customer Success Manager here at Stably. Thank you for your feedback here as we are always looking for ways to improve the platform and better serve both our customers and our partners. In regards to the specific transaction that you have referenced, this is because your funds/assets are kept in a cold storage wallet for the safety and security of those assets and they have to be moved into your hot wallet during regular business hours (9 AM to 5 PM PST). With that said, we are rolling out new features in Q3 and Q4 of this year that will allow faster transaction times, so stay tuned! We appreciate your understanding here and hope you have a great weekend. Best Regards, Wesley McLaughlin Customer Success Manager Stably.io

Stably is the only cash-in/out option for USDS on ICON for now but they did a good job!
Heard that KYC takes a very long time but mine is near-instant which is great! Used USDS on ICON which gives a pretty good yield on their money market dapp. Think Stably is the only cash-in/out option for USDS on ICON for now but they did a good job!

Good morning Lucas, Thank you for your honest review here and we look forward to being a reliable on/off ramp for you via USDS on ICON in the future. If you have any questions on utilizing more of the platform, feel free to reach out to our support team with any questions. Best Regards, Wesley McLaughlin CSM @ Stably.io

Not bad but slower than I expect
Used the platform to create USD coins and farm on ICON. Took 1 working day for tokens withdrawal when I thought it's instant. That should totally be improved.

Good morning Thomas, My name is Wesley McLaughlin and I am the Customer Success Manager here at Stably. Thank you for your feedback here as we are always looking for ways to improve the platform and better serve both our customers and our partners. We are actively working to improve the messaging to be consistent on the platform which is where I believe the confusion lies here. As we utilize Prime Trust (https://www.primetrust.com) as our Regulated Custodial Partner to custody both funds ($USD) and assets ($ICX), it can take up to one business day for your transactions to be completed. This is because they are kept in a cold storage wallet for your safety and security of the assets and have to be moved into your hot wallet during regular business hours (9 AM to 5 PM PST). We appreciate your understanding here and hope you have a great week! Best Regards, Wesley McLaughlin Customer Success Manager Stably.io
