I'm sorry to hear that your KYC verification process is taking longer than expected.  We are currently developing a new feature implementation that will streamline this process and make it both easier to use and faster! With that said, we are actively working with our partner, Prime Trust, to get your account opened and I've just responded to your ticket in Zendesk as they have requested some updated documentation that wasn't accepted during your initial submission. I'm sorry to hear that you felt our transaction processing time for digital assets is slower than expected. As outlined in our help center documentation, your funds/assets are held by our Regulated Custodial Partner, Prime Trust (https://www.primetrust.com). Many of these assets are held in cold storage, which means they must be moved into a hot wallet manually by Prime Trust during business hours for transfer and make take up to 24 hours. This process is unfortunately not instant, however, it does ensure the safety and security of your assets. We appreciate your honest feedback & understanding here and hope you have a great weekend. I'm sorry to hear that you felt our support staff was unconcerned and uncommunicative. I see that the ticket in reference here was submitted because you were running into trouble with making a deposit on Stably Prime via ACH utilizing our Plaid integration. Due to issues with Plaid's integration with Capital One (your bank) you were unable to make a deposit. We are always working with our partners and integrators to ensure our clients have a positive experience on the platform and apologize that you felt your issue was not accurately addressed. I do see that you rated the interaction on Zendesk as good/satisfied and was hoping to identify what has changed between then and now so that I can best address it with the team internally.
