Stably makes false claims about deposits.
Stably claims that USDS deposits from Chia network are processed in 1 business day or (usually instant). That is completely false. I made two deposits of USDS to my Stably wallet on 9/26. It has been 8 business days and neither deposit of USDS to my account has been added. Ticket#4243 Support claims that they're having problems, but they give no expected time to resolve or receive funds. Update 10/6: Ticket#4243 - 10 days and Stably has stopped responding to my support ticket messages. Update 10/13/22: All deposits settled after 17 days. It’s a far cry longer than the stated deposit time.

I'm sorry to hear that you felt our support staff was unconcerned and uncommunicative. I see that the ticket in reference here (#4243) was submitted because you were running into trouble with Chia deposits & withdrawals. As mentioned by Emily on 09/28, we have experienced some infrastructure instability after the CAT1 -> CAT2 network upgrade and are working on improving the reliability of funds processing on the Chia network. This was dependent on changes to be made by Stably in conjunction with updates and information provided by the Chia team, which caused us to not be able to pin point a resolution date within any certain percentage of accuracy. We are always working with our partners and integrators to ensure our clients have a positive experience on the platform and apologize that you felt your issue was not accurately addressed.
