Wow, I am a senior that really needed to get my letter from Social Security about my monthly income. Many companies tell you to bring it to qualify with them. When I asked where the local Social Security official was I was told 3840 Crenshaw Blvd. When I said I had to go to other seniors they said no,"they take too long". But!!! When I went, that office and it's staff members were so wonderful. They did not let the lines build up or waiting too long. I was impressed that me and the person in front of me were seen in good timing. The staff was kind and so helpful, that if I ever have to go again I wasn't to go to that Social Security office again at 3840 Crenshaw Blvd. Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou wonderful Social Security staff. You made me feel so much better. Bless you.

I found my visit today with Social Security administration office in Martinsburg excellent! The spaces were clean and we felt very safe. The procedure to get service was quick and orderly. John was the SSA officer who helped us and he was knowledgeable and very pleasant. We were in and out in about 10 minutes. This is the second time we've been to the SSA office to take care of business, and we've been very satisfied both times.

★☆☆☆☆ My experience at this Social Security office was extremely disappointing. The wait times were excessive, and it felt like consumers were expected to spend nearly the entire day waiting for assistance, even with an appointment. On my visit, numbers were still being called around 3:49 PM, making the process feel inefficient and frustrating. The office appears to be understaffed or in need of operational improvements. In my opinion, there should be greater federal oversight to ensure consumers—especially individuals with disabilities—receive timely, respectful, and efficient service. I was also disappointed with my interaction during the security screening. I felt that the security officer’s conduct was unnecessarily confrontational and embarrassing during what should have been a routine body scan. I left feeling disrespected rather than treated with dignity. I hope the Social Security Administration reviews customer service practices, improves wait times, and ensures all visitors are treated professionally and respectfully.

Ms.Boyer was absolutely amazing!!! She was sweet and kind and treated me respectfully!!

Social Security asked for Marriage Cerificate showing that I was legally married to David Kritcher. Mr. Kritcher passed on February 21, 2026. They wanted to confirm marriage. I was very happy with your company. The information and application was very concise and I did not have difficuly filling out the application. I appreciated all of your instructions and I feel very secure that the Social Security Administration will appreciate the arranged. CertificateThank you all for your service.your help.
