The fist agent I had Tanya Grant? She was incredibly rude. She cut me off when I was speaking. She was having a call on her personal cell phone it sounded like and shuffling around. She was very hard to hear and INCREDIBLY rude and not helpful. I hung up because she had me shaking and in shock with how UNPROFESSIONAL she was. I hope SS does something to help their reviews by giving this woman some kind of reprimanding or training on how to talk to people. After her I had Thomas who was SO KIND and helpful. He actually solved my issue and even kindly listened to my frustration about how Tanya treated me so poorly and disrespectfully. Thank God for the Thomas's of the world. Tanya you need a therapist.

The wait time for a representative was awful, 45 minutes. I only needed help logging into my account. Your web site isn't much better than your wait time. HOWEVER, London, the young lady who I was finally able to speak with was OUTSTANDING!!! Very Nice, Helpful, Patient and Kind.
