If I could rate in the negative I would rate it lower !!! What a complete waste of taxpayer money and time !! My porthole has been down for months to my account and I need to upload med records that I signed consent forms for them to get and did not I had to do it myself only after my ssi was denied and in appeal hinging on these medical records being uploaded . I’ve been fighting this for 4 years nearly . There is obviously zero accountability you can’t get any questions answered they all dodge the phones and actual work and quite honestly I feel dumber like I lost gray matter after even being on their site briefly !! Why does ssi put all that crap on there you people can’t even handle your primary job function much less all that smoke and mirrors circle jerk of lied and deception you have going . If this was a private sector company that ship would have sunk long ago !!

They just called me I was trying to get them to listen to my situation they don't care basically give a damn about you it's pointless and helpless trying to get help when you are homeless why waste your time dealing with them no satisfaction with them they really sucks I give up and I don't care anymore when I go get a job then that's when they start doing stuff that's everybody loss . Then they don't here you and give you phone numbers I don't have no help I don't know where stuff is I'm pissed and hurt angry furious right.if it somebody else who come from another country they will help them and give them anything they want and get.

Seriously the worst customer service I ever experienced! Lost my father in Aug 5th 2024 and out of $2000 monthly they offered my mother $186 monthly OF MONEY MY DEAD FATHER WORKED FOR 40+ years!!!! Lawyered up and we gonna fight till then end!!! This is so sad and absolutely disgusting and William Smith was “the one helping us and hung up on me and my mother”!!!!! So let’s go to the top!

I am still online and on hold for over 2 hours, and no one is answering the phone!!!! There is no other way to communicate with these people!!! I live in a different state so I cannot go there in person. Please can anybody answer that phone please? Pretty soon will be closing hours which probably I will have to call again tomorrow. UGH!!!!

UNABLE TO DO IT BY PHONE UNLESS YOU HAVE A PIN THAT YOU HAVE TO GET FROM YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT. ONLY ABLE TO DO IT IN PERSON AT POST OFFICE OR AT THE SSA OFFICE BOTH OF WHICH CLOSE BY 5PM. SO IF YOU WORK YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK. THEY DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE POA SO IF YOU ARE TRYING TO MANAGE A FAMILY MEMBER'S INFO YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK. ONLY OUR GOV COULD MAKE SOMETHING THAT SHOULD BE SO EASY SO COMPLICATED!

2 HOURS WAITING AND NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE. THEY NEED TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE TO ANSWERS CALLS.

The Wesites is horrible!! Have the correct info and won't let you login. Can't get help, can't reset, says I chose "face or touch" and did not. Nothing simple for sure. I feel sorry for older people with out a fancy phone/tablet, or a computer.

Well, the local office is not much better. Two trips to their office, three 800# phone calls, and a total waste of an afternoon and my BP shooting up to 160, and I finally got the CORRECT help. Total Cluster
