When it comes to my child's "partial" social security check, when it should be the full amount, I will not tolerate any nonsense from you! His payee's income is NOT his income and WILL NOT be viewed as common with each other. What the payee makes is not your business. Now either pay the full amount for my son who is 16 and requires around the clock care to wipe his butt after every bowel movement which is between 3 and 6 daily or shut your mouths before I have a judge shut your mouths for you. Are we clear?

These loser scumbags advise once all your medical records are secured, they'll conduct a review to determine eligibility for disability. Then they secure a portion of the medical records, dont wait for the final records and deny your claim. Clearly these half-wits couldn't find water if they fell out of a boat.....

The 800 number is terrible! I've had my call drop three times attempting to speak to an agent. The menu you have to get through lacks extensions for questions related to one's benefits. When an agent finally got on, I told her it was a really bad connection. She told me to hold. Guess what? My call was disconnected! How much money does our government take in every year? And this is the best they can do????

Stole 7 months and still haven't heard anything from them. Slow as diarrhea! I'm not sure I'll ever see a penny from this whole thing. God awful experience but I'm sure that's exactly what they want. Government does not want to give you anything at all and they will fight you to The Bitter End and make you so mad that you just finally quit. And that's how they got you! Absolutely pitiful don't give a shit about you. But they love taking your money!

My online social security account was closed last year. I tried setting a new one but couldn't figure out how to do it, so I called to make an appointment at my local ss office to get some help. I was told they couldn't help and basically I just had to figure it out on my own. I guess the message is "don't get old and passed up by technology". WTF??

It's impossible to get an appointment online, it's impossible to get an appointment over the phone, local offices don't take walk-ins, and not every situation can be addressed directly at the website. Their new AI phone-bot is laughably unusable (we paid for it with our tax dollars, though, ugh), the reps are spectacularly rude and disrespectful, and literally just lie to customer's faces and say "there are no appointments". None. At all. Not this year, not next year. Not a single appointment, according to the abusive, offensive reps when you call the SSA main number.

The grand rapids soci security sucks. They use short staffed as excuse. I've been approved since February and have not received any money yet at all. It's ridiculous almost a half a year. No wonder why they going broke. Ms Welch should be fired.

Point blank So what I do is -- UTILIZE the SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION PORTAL, right AND UPLOAD IS THAT NOT GOOD ENOUGH OR WHEN YOU MAIL IT IN ,IS THAT NOT GOOD ENOUGH (NEVER RECEIVED)OR WHEN YOU CALL THE WORKER AND THE CONTACT INFORMATION IS WRONG, IS THAT NOT GOOD ENOUGH ( SSA PROVIDES WRONG CONTACT INFORMATION) you send time sensitive documents stating you will deny my claim but The contact information is wrong ......
