Workers will absolutely see u without an appt. Wait time very short on any given day. My favorite thing is calling and receiving a call back if wait time is longer than 5 minutes. Best experience I've ever had at a Govt facility.

I was called back by Ms. Bynes(?) to assist me with completing my application for benefits since I recently turned 62. She was extremely awesome from the first "Good afternoon" to the last "Good bye". She immediately apologized for the 50 minute delay, as the call was initially scheduled for 1:00 p.m. She patiently explained the process. She patiently and professionally handled my regular interruptions. She patiently answered every question. Her calming voice and professionalism assuaged my through the roof anxiety. Ms. Bynes is a GREAT asset to the SSA. Ms. Bynes should be recognized and commended for being exceptional at her job. Every caller should be so lucky to receive their call back from Ms. Bynes. I filed for social security online and it was no problem. They let you set the date and I put a few months ahead to meme sure they couldn’t dock me if I worked ( my full retirement was 66 and 8 months ) I was contacted by Mrs. Dylan’s and I’m telling you she was the nicest most pleasant person I’ve ever done business with. I’ve looked for a way to contact them and leave a compliment about her, unfortunately it’s only set up for complaints😟 I hope all of you have the same experience.

Maybe it's just me - I just had to deal with this agency. I set up an acct online , did some paper work , sent some documents , etc. It did take a bit more time than I was expecting but the website is excellent and email very timely on keeping you informed. Overall I have had an excellent experience !

Went to the Social Security office in West Palm Beach today to ask about my Medicare Part A status. I had made an appointment, was seen on time and received outstanding service. The security guards treated everybody entering the building with respect and were willing to answer questions and help, and the nice lady at the window was friendly and efficient. A very pleasant experience - thank you!
