Worked with Mr DJ Jones from the SSA, Dade City, FL, actually the second time I have been assisted by him and he provides expert advice on getting SSA benefits! Mr Jones’ knowledge of the system is remarkable as he is able to quickly identify issues and provide solutions meaningful for the customer! Hopefully all SSA agents will strive to emulate Mr Jones and his professionalism.

Hello America, I'm writing this review to let a young lady that works for the SSA 800 help line. Rosemary from California,I hope you get to see this. I've been working in customer care my whole life and so I'm very judgemental when it comes to how people present their self to me and I just want to let Rosemary from California that you have one of the most pleasant and professional and at the same time very clarifying mind and soul when it comes to assisting another by phone. Rosemary was very patient as well and I just couldn't have had a better experience as if it was myself talking to another. Who ever Rosemarys supervisor is?
