Communication has been terrible. I am on my 3rd time requesting a refund They don’t provide tracking numbers for items you order so you spend unnecessary amount of time contacting them to see what is going on Way to many classic car sites to order from that don’t have the headaches this place causes 1st and last time shopper with this group. I bought set of valve covers with the cross over Chevy flags with 396 on it. The flags fell off after 2 1/2 months after being installed. Emailed them and was told nothing they could do. Do not buy these junk valve covers. Sorry to say taking my business elsewhere.

SS 396 has at least one great employee. Caitlyn Padaigas. I've talked to several companies about an extremely difficult to find body parts for my El Camino. They all dismissed me as soon as they ran into difficulties even identifying the parts. Caitlyn stepped up and spent the necessary time to insure I was getting exactly what I wanted. The best Chevelle restoration parts site period. Can't say enough about the customer service. As an example I was building my own cowl hood setup. I needed some measurements for the seal to go on the adapter I was fabricating. A staff member I called took some measurements for me and I was able to make it work. Of course I purchased the seal from Ground Up. Awesome people to work with.
