They lost 80% of my order. Told me it was on back order until I no longer had time to appeal the charges. Out of $2200 I received maybe $300. Everything I tried failed and I had to eat the money and still don't have any parts. DO NOT USE them.

The part isn’t the same size as the original. Only one end will attach correctly, the other end has been enlarged for some unknown reason.

My parts arrived in excellent condition and were exactly as described, which I appreciated. However, the ordering process was frustrating and unnecessarily complicated. Since I paid with my business card for my parts to be shipped to an automotive shop, the order was canceled twice because my business address didn't match my home address on my ID. This led to delays and forced me to move money around between accounts. It took 7 days for the funds to be returned from the canceled orders, and what should have been a straightforward purchase turned into a much more expensive and time-consuming process. While the parts themselves were great, the hassle with the ordering process really dampened the overall experience. I order on 10/9/24 and received my items 10/18/24
