When we started SS396.com, a Ground Up Motors company, we had one thing in mind: to bring the best quality restoration parts to everyone, from the weekend driver to the 1000-point restoration. Over the years, we have grown from one person operating out of a garage to our brand new 60,000+ square foot facility in Palm Coast, Florida. They filled and shipped my order…
They filled and shipped my order without reading the customer notes section. I had concerns about my free shipping code not working and concerns that the master cylinder would not be the right one. No one followed up with me about these issues. Then I was charged shipping - I complained- and was told there was nothing that could be done. Don’t have a customer note section on your order page if it’s disregarded.

Once someone responded to my request to replace my defective windshield wiper motor with another one, delivery came within a couple of days, pretty nice !!
