Absolutely disgusting people. How dare you scam people like this. They don’t work! Customer service are no help at all, Especially CONNIE she wouldn’t even give help in trying to get these dodgy cameras to work just more interested in saying we can’t give refund because you have had them longer than 30 days.blah, blah, blah . They don’t want to refund any money. “DO NOT BUY!” Share this around as I will be and make these people accountable.

Well, I liked all of the negative reviews. Saw the ad on YouTube and thought I'd check it out. Glad I did. It sounds to me like false advertising and sharp practice. I think this company needs to be investigated. I definitely won't be ordering ONE of these, let alone multiple cameras from this company.

Had one of there cameras, complete waste of money, it failed after several weeks, they cant read your emails to help get it working again, just like robots, "download the app and follow instructions" something they cant do themselves, wont replace the faulty goods, giving no help to sort the issues so given up and its in the bin, which is where this company should be soon with no customer service on knowledge about their products.

Family member ordered these through an ad on YouTube and I thankfully caught it fast. Customer service was amazing and refunded my account within a half hour. Not sure about the products as I never got them but spot on customer service!

Don’t waste your time! I placed the order but did not receive a receipt. The screen just switched to another sales page asking me to add more cameras to my order. No receipt, no sales tax, no shipping details…NOTHING!! However, they immediately took the money from my account. This is not good business practices.

Haven’t recieved it yet and wish I’d come here for the reviews first. Clicked open an email saying about easy set up, insert SD card ( not included….. further down click to purchase!) . Sent an email saying there is no mention of an SD card needed or not included which then informs me if I’m not using WiFi I need a TF card ( not included but can purchase from them blah blah). Im mostly near wifi at home…. I could just look out the window. Glad I only bought one ( which I’ll return). By the time I add the cards to the cost I could buy another Ring camera with my subscription.

I can't comment on these cameras as I have yet to receive them (it has been over 4 weeks). Now over 8 weeks)!!!

Thank you all, for the many comments regarding "Spyfocus!" The many negative comments stopped me from purchasing their product. Unfortunately in this day and age the only protection we have against these scams is each other. Thanks again!
