SpyFocus cameras are terrible. The software doesn’t allow you to enter your wifi unless it just happens to see your WiFi router.
I have 8 of them and I can’t get the first one to work properly.
The purchase process is a trap! Even PayPal won’t help you recover your money. Advise is try to return them for a full refund.
I ordered 1 item (4 cameras) but I changed my mind when I realized their website was a scam. Once I got out of their website they charged my account triple of what I was originally ordering. They added on extended warranty, etc too. Total over $200! I spoke to them on the phone and we worked out a partial refund but I hadn’t even opened one of the cameras yet. They are quality of $10 cameras I purchased years ago that were bad for the time.
I have made 3 purchases on YouTube ads and all of them have been awful. Low quality or worse. At least two of the three were the same company that sold these cameras. I recently purchased an iPhone 15 Pro Max that looks like and iPhone 15 pro max but it’s a fake and an android. Be more careful than me.

Trust Pilot is very informative of any…
Trust Pilot is very informative of any product you are researching to purchase & invest in while also trying to avoid the "regretful purchase" phase due to all of companies out there that sell cheap junk but advertise their product as, "The new improved ..... that works better than any other & saves you the most money." Long story short, I'm in the market for a new outdoor wireless surveillance system that can w/stand outdoor humidity, rain, winter snow, & has great resolution for night time. I have never heard of this site but came across it accidentally during my researching of, "the best rated outdoor wireless surveillance systems." From that search I clicked on a site that had the Top 5 Outdoor Surveillance Cameras that listed all the Pros & Cons for each system & rated in order. Spyfocus was actually listed as #1 on this site w/an overall rating of 9.1 I believe, so I clicked on the top rated camera system & it took me directly to Spyfocus' website in which there was a
video that gave you the backstory on the people that birthed this company, all the top features that they improved upon from all other camera systems out there, & how the founders wanted you to know they came out w/this camera that's upgraded all the features that they gathered from consumers complaints on other cameras out there BUT Spyfocus is so affordable that how can you say no speech. After seeing the video I then picked the package I wanted which was the 4 pack & added to my cart but then decided to check if Amazon sold these as well since I already had an item in my Amazon cart, I figured if they sold this camera system then I'll get the shipment in 2 days. Amazon did sell it but cthe ratings were horrific, in fact every Spyfocus camera being sold on Amazon all had horrible customer ratings, then I must have clicked on something because the next thing I see is this site on my computer screen & once I saw the reviews & realized this product is no good because all sites that sell it have 1.0-1.7 ratings on the reviews. So I am thankful that I somehow ended up on this site & found out that everything Spyfocus advertises on their website as to why their product is the best, I saw the opposite in the consumer review responses from the ratings. Literally every advertised "new & improved" feature that the company was stating in order to sell you on their product was proven false per the ratings from different sites like Trust Pilot & Amazon. Amazon in fact I noticed had a small colored banner on the screen for the camera that states, "High Return Rate." Anyways, after readings all the reviews on this site that contradicted what was advertised, I deleted my shopping cart of the 4 cameras, opted out of making the purchase, & am still on the hunt for the right system. Thank you Trust Pilot & all you customers that put a review on this site for the Spyfocus Cameras, because of your reviews, you saved me from going through what all you unfortunate consumers had to go through when trying out this product

I be not give any star
I be not give any star, but…, What is advertised is a lie, do not buy and do not pay such money, this product is not true, the WIFI does not connect, the bracket does not hold, in one word, it does not meet any quality standards at all. The product is made in China, made in garage conditions. Also ships from China.

Do not pay this price
The advertisement is encouraging people to buy the camera that's available on Lazada for $10 and Shope Adia for just 780 peso Philippines which is $7.80 AUD
So why fool people with the same camera for a higher price?

"BUYER BEWARE"
"BUYER BEWARE"
This product is JUNK. They cut all the corners! We bought 3 cameras, they don't work without light (sunlight, indoor light,) Short outlet cords (for continuous power source.) Return policy sucks! We were given the option to send photos of cameras and package they came in, then we could send them back (at our expense), or, accept 50% of paid price which was credited right away, and keep the junk cameras. It's a low key scam!!! Don't buy the cameras are no good and over priced!

Really poor quality cheap Chinese…
Really poor quality cheap Chinese camera. Difficult to set up, and definitely not worth the money. I’d estimate the value of this to be £5.00. Customer service is none existent and given its advertising you’d expect a high quality product. I would not recommend this camera as there are far better products on Amazon. The hassle of trying to return the product isn’t worth my time so I’ll just bin it. The worst thing is being ripped off by this company whom in my opinion are dodgy to say the least. Steer clear and don’t fall into the hype.
