SpyfocusReviews of spyfocus.com

brought 4 of these after seeing on tv, the web page is very deceiving ,not enabling you to go back to alter/check your order, needless to say i bought more than i bargained for. ordered the last week of may and they arrived last week. waited until the weekend and opened one box, followed instructions but couldnt get to work properly finally realised they dont work well if at all on 5g. i reluctantly have decided to send back and have been emailing them for a return lable on a daily basis with out success, i was even told they didnt recognise my email, the email i ordered on. At my wits end getting nowhere fast.

I wish I’d read the reviews before buying. I ordered 1 camera. £40. It works but only when the app is open on your phone & it doesn’t work in low light or at night 🤷🏻 buyer be aware. I’ve emailed to get it returned as it’s not fit for purpose but of course they haven’t responded. I made a mistake thinking the top 10 review was true.

I ordered 7 cameras in June 24 and despite the tracking number saying they were on the way, it took two weeks for me to receive them. I set them up as per the instructions and they worked quite well. But gthe battery in each did not last. I contacted customer service and was told to plug the cord into power and battery would last longer. I had been getting only one hour of battery and could not plug the cord i to power as there was no power point near by to where I had placed them.I was expecting the battery to last 90 days as per reviews. I contacted customer service and was told I could send them back or get a credit. I chose a refund which I was told would take up to 5 days after they received the cameras back which I sent to an address given in Sydney Australia. After 7 days I rang customer service again to advise that no refund had been issued and if it did not occur immediately I would take further action. I received an email 10 minutes later with details of a full refund through paypal. The camera works but the battery lasts no more than an hour. I was told it should last 3-4 hours by customer service. Its not a good product and i do not recommend it. Also the refund comes from a company based in Lithuania and I had to pay exchange fees to get the refund even though it was charged in Australian dollars. Do not buy from this company. The reviews are false.

Needed to contact customer service and gave up. Sent several emails but got same response, obviously never read what I had put and just sent back a standard reply. Also didn't find ut that easy to set up.
