I don't understand the negative reviews here. This company has BY FAR the best customer service yiu coukd expect from a tech company. A human is always available to help and emails are answered in a matter of hours. Installation of the camera into a local network can be tricky. I had difficulty getting remote access to mine but customer service got me through it. Ignore the ads and tge request for a credit card to register and you will be very happy with this device. It lives up to the hype and claims of the manufacturer.

Thank goodness I came back to see if there were any reviews on this company as I was hovering over the button to buy 4 with 75% off. After reading the reviews, I’ve saved a lot of money. Thank you so much trust pilot

Today you will get all the stars and iam giving you another chance our charity has had a few issues but you have rightly corrected it.we now have spent just over 200 pounds and expect the items in a timely fashion please. We need the security do not let us down

I can’t comment on the cameras as I returned them unopened after reading these reviews. However, customer service has been excellent. Instant email replies from their UK office with clear instructions on how to return. Within a couple of days of receiving them back, my refund was processed. PayPal took another couple of days to get my money back into my account. I posted back 9/2 and money back into my account 15/2. Very impressive.

The advert of SpyFocus camera was really good that I almost fall for it, but after reading the reviews, I decided not to buy the useless product.

I was very disappointed with the product but upon contacting customer service I was very impressed. I was advised to return the products, even though I’d thrown away packaging. I emailed them a copy of my tracking details and was issued a full refund immediately. I found the customer service to be second to none, hence the 5*
