SpyfocusReviews of spyfocus.com

I order spyPocus 5 days ago, as they said it will arrive in 3 day. I check my mail almost daily after 3 day and found nothing. Now I read this review and I can almost say good bye to my $170 I pay for 4 pcs. I don't to pay for mailing it back to them. I should read the review first. But this, I learn more to read the review first before I buy something.

This is a useless product . Never buy it . Accidentally placed order for 4 camera for 139 pounds. Got 3 cameras in post . Now battling to get refund . Pathetic customer service and I my opinion it is a scam .

Please do not order from this company! The cameras do not work, and it’s fraudulent. They do not return calls and it’s very difficult to get a hold of someone if you can. Not only that it takes a long time for you to get your order. Please do not order from this company!

Don’t purchase this product I did and the same day I returned them but it cost me $15.00. First of all it was a pain in the butt to be able to get it online then I found out there was no motion detection so you couldn’t do any recordings also it had no night vision which made them totally worthless and the magnets were very weak, they are cheaply made, it had vivid instructions. If you do purchase this product and you will regret it!

Brought 3. managed to get most of my money refunded, but it took alot of complaining. LIGHT WEIGHT, BATTERY MUST BE THE SIZE OF A SMALL COIN BATTERY. APP VERY POOR ONLY WASTED AN HOUR BEFORE DEMANDING A REFUND. they wanted me to pay to return item to the USA, item shipped from China and sold from Lithuania. good luck getting your money back.

I can’t comment on the cameras as I returned them unopened after reading these reviews. However, customer service has been excellent. Instant email replies from their UK office with clear instructions on how to return. Within a couple of days of receiving them back, my refund was processed. PayPal took another couple of days to get my money back into my account. I posted back 9/2 and money back into my account 15/2. Very impressive.

Acecontrol.o nline, did an excellent job on installing on iphone with no app. He was very patient and helpful. Initially I did not get the services from spyfocus I purchased so I was not very happy to begin with but then ace control changed my view of situation. He is an asset to the company.

This camera is rubbish very little information could be an information gathering exercise. I have thrown it in the bin. Don't buy this camera.
