I have been checking the rating by looking at the reviews not directly linked to a Spycam run sight. I also saw another sight called Camtrix.It looks identical to spycam. Are they the same. I've been running a small animal rescue for 30 years. To do so I also have to work a full time+ job. Costs of food, Medication, Vet bills, etc. have gone through the roof thanks to Covid. Retail prices have not gone back down as supplies have almost returned to the normal prices but, the companies have been still charging inflated IMO, price gouging to the new normal. Even though our rescue bank account has taken a heck of a beating I have been seriously considering the 4 Spycam package so i can keep an eye on our little fuzzies throughout an 18 hour work day. If this is the company running Internet focus commercials be very careful. Tried getting refund within the 30 days refund policy. Called with no answer and emailed within 30 days period. No answer and called again. Got through but said it's now 31 days and no refund. Although emailed with request about returning items within 30 days that part didn't count. So, this company just ignores refund request within 30 days period and then viola, it's too late. Camera is what you pay for, hard to connect and poor video quality.

This is a SCAM and I’m usually good at detecting scams! I saw it on a supposedly consumer review site with all these great ratings. Fortunately, my Visa credit card denied the transaction since the site was flagged as a scam. Why are these sites allowed to exist? I really feel stupid! My card has been deactivated and I’m getting a new one. Thank God my credit union was proactive! Be careful!

Absolutely garbage. Made me pay $25 for return shipping, after they offered me 50% back and the option to keep the cameras. But who wants to fight with connecting these turds to their wifi, every time you want to view the feed? Only to have the resolution of a f***ing potato? Not I. 🤬

Cameras are terrible and when I paid to return them to the USA they kept my money and the cameras. Cameras are from China, avoid, avoid.

Im furious, this feels very like a scam, just ordered one of these cameras but something didn't feel right, as soon as I clicked on PayPal I got a prepaid approval message even before I entered any name or delivery details, I immediately logged in to my PayPal account only to find they'd secured two payments totalling almost seventy pounds with no way of cancelling and the only help from PayPal was contact the company. The reason I ordered in the first place was their website displaying five star Trustpilot approval rating!!!
