Camera never worked, no instructions, even poorer customer service. Returned the product to them by registered mail wanting a full refund, now they are ghosting me...I'll just let my credit card company deal with them now!

Wow, shame on you, YouTube for allowing this to be advertised. Two British men decided to create this pile of rubbish-it’s Chinese! Advertisement says long battery life? 20 minutes if you’re lucky. HD camera? Joke. I’ve wasted time charging it it to see if it was a mistake but no. You go to buy by PayPal and the extended warranty is auto added . Ripoff! Disgusting!

Bought 8 Cameras. Waited 3 weeks on them coming. Can't get any to work. They are advertised on youtube as an alternative to Ring door cameras. I am afraid they are nothing like them. I think I have been conned.

I just sat through a YouTube commercial for SpyFocus...the tech skill comparison of their target consumer is described as for those with tech knowledge OR A HOUSEWIFE with no tech knowledge. Reading reviews that this is a China based company explains the low regard for women. Way to globally advertise guys

I ordered 1 of these cameras. After a three week wait it arrived. Meanwhile I saw another camera on eBay described as Spy Focus which was only £7. I sent for it, arrived in three days. Does work , in colour. Pathetic looking piece of plastic, very, very short wire. NO MENTION OF SPY FOCUS, ANYWHERE. The camera from Spy focus themselves arrived, EXACTLY the same, SEVEN times the price. Again NO MENTION of Spy focus - anywhere. Chinese crap made from the free labour of all the arrested ( never to be seen again ) Hong Kong protesters and others from China. I want to buy things made in Britain but how can the British compete ?

Wished I had read these poor reviews prior to buying. So far nothing has arrived and it sounds like they won’t be any use even if they do. I’m cross with myself for ordering too hastily

Having read so many BAD reviews for Spyfocus I thought I would give them a GOOD review which I believe is warranted. I recently bought 2 x cameras from Spyfocus, we hadn't appreciated our son had bought us a Ring doorbell so therefore didn't need the cameras. Although I didn't use them I believe they would have done the job. I requested a returns policy which was granted within 2 weeks, emails between myself and Eve, Jacky and Victor (customer services personel) were dealt with very efficiently Thank you all. These camera are not compatible with 5G. Secondly they are not suitable for outdoor as they will blown away straight away with small wind. They are look like little kids toys. I have returned them back and paid £8.90 from my own pocket they did not contribute with me the return cost.The demanded return should be trackable. I would recommend waste of time and waste of money.
