Do NOT buy cameras from this company! I went on there website after seeing loads of adverts on YouTube and Google (can't believe they are showing these sponsored adds) clicked on a few products, next thing I had been charged for a load of things I didn't know about via PayPal. Tried to contact them right away, the response was they had already been packed and Shipped! I did manage to get refunded after I spent an afternoon hounding them with emails. From other reviews I see on here the product is total rubbish. It's simply a scam

I tried to cancel my order within 1 hour and was told it had already been Shipped, then days later told it was about to be Shipped, then told nearly ready to be Shipped, clearly blocked from cancelling - Can't be bothered to ask for Refund, as SpyFocus are clearly on the Make.. The page Top Consumer Review is so wrong can't help wondering if it is Cloned ? Warranty is added without your consent ? You will need a Memory card and WIFI, and constant charging, So it doesn't have "everything you need"... Customer Service does respond well, but their response is meaningless... Seems to me to be just a way to get people to part with your money.. All in all very misleading product ! I have received the order with 4 x Cameras, and I have tested ONE of the cameras, linking it to my home WIFI and installing the App (that tries to sell me more Product !!) - In short IT IS USELESS in fact less than useless, the battery lasts for minutes, the quality is disgraceful and the App only allows use while on the Home Network, not good for remote monitoring !! SpyFocus, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED of yourselves, the only good place for these cameras is the WAST BIN which is exactly where they are going - Can't be bothered to request a Refund, I am sure it will involve some misleading procedure, requirement, or cost, and frankly I do NOT TRUST SPYFOCUS !!!

I ordered what I believed to be a good and well respected product and now that I have - at last - received it I am not so sure. I ordered a SpyFocus security camera and 12 days later received - from Lithuania - a non-descript mini camera. The packaging says nothing whatever about SpyFocus and seems to be a cheap scammers version selling at a higher price that the original advert. Of course they keep offering 50% discount but 50% of what? The instructions are sparse and printed on a miniscule piece of paper that gives no proper instructions at all. I also paid for an extended guarantee and no such paperwork was enclosed either. The company has however set up an automatic payment on my PayPal account which I have cancelled. What I was supposed to be paying for is a complete mystery. On the tiny instruction paperwork there is a QR code which I have scanned and found that it belongs to a company called FtyCamPro and has a web address of ourvipsupport. com/camera-app. Spy Focus is not mentioned at all !!!. I am now feeling totally robbed and scammed and will be contacting the Fraud Department, Trading standards and the Police. And I shall contact the company and ask for a total refund

This is an updated review. After reading all your reviews too late, and having received the computer response, I sent another email informing them I had contacted the police to say they were defrauding people. Which they are. No less than 6 panicked replies and a refund issued. Justice for me. Good luck you others.

Not happy with the cam and then it requires a credit card to even open the use of. Not with this company. but when I tried to get a refund, all I got was this run around and back in forth of robot generated replies. I'm so mad I'm going to follow this thru. Otherwise I would throw them in the trash and be done. Do not buy

This is a scam. A total rip off. Even when you pay using PayPal, you suddenly find you've paid much more than you've agreed to. And, suddenly there is a continuous charge occurring. The cameras are poor quality and do not match the resolution claimed. The batteries don't hold charge which makes them useless. At night they are hopeless. The software app is flaky and disconnects all the time. It seems mainly there to advertise other products - for sale. Trying to get your money back is not easy and they refuse to pay your postage costs for sending them back. Avoid buying this crap.

Realised when paying bypassed PayPal. Usually get a code via text to verify. Didn’t happen reported to PayPal and Bank. Hope to get money back. Interestingly Amazon are selling these cameras.

DO NOT USE OR BUY FROM SPYFOCUS. Cameras ordered after you tube advert. First payment rejected due to not enough funds. 2nd payment went though. Unfortunatly, did not see trust pilot till after. Tried to cancel order. No joy. Bank could not stop payment. Didn’t realise the spy focus put automatic payment on. Today now find out they have taken the original payment out aswell as 2nd. Paypal have dismissed and not actioning as buyers issue. Guessing by others on here. The cameras if they arrive won’t work and will be nothing we can do to get refund. We shall see. Lesson learnt. Now to sort out bank card changes. DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY AND ACCOUNT.
