These Spy Focus cameras are the biggest rip offs online. Do not buy they do not work Can't charge them won't hold charge. No night vision and picture quality is the worst. Forget about returning, not going to happen.

Horrible camera. It worked for about a half hour and the picture is not clear at all. Avoid at all cost. Complete garbage.

I ordered no customer service absolutely terrible service do not buy these cameras police will be involved in the case because I did not get my money back as they "gauranteed" and couldn't contact for return or customer service. ~Ruben Sapp

I agree with all others that this company is a shame, and scamming people. The app won't load , the cameras won't connect. And almost impossible to ctc them. Beware. DO NOT BUY THESE CAMERAS.

This company does not do returns and refunds even within the time period. Not only that, the app doesn't work and the cameras are less than desirable views. I tried for weeks to get them to respond to me for the refund and they never got back to me within the time frame of the refund then when they finally did answer my request, they said it was too late. Would not recommend this company at all.

I placed an order in May, haven't received anything, but several charges on my card! Called and they are ignorant about the order & charges.

Do not buy from this company. Returning items is a nightmare and getting refunds even worse. Make sure you followup when returning as they don’t credit when they say they will when received. I had to call after finding out product was received 13 days before. After many emails to customer service they then credited my card but not according to their policy which was crediting card 5-7 days after receiving returned product.

The App is a sham. It is full of ads and you can't get to the app without a lot of monkeying around. Then the cameras won't connect. I was worried about spyware installed on my phone because the app is so shady. My phone has been acting up ever since so I bought an antivirus for my phone to scan it. The ratings on these cameras had to be paid for because there is no way this is a 9.8. I wouldn't give it a 2! Oh and of course you have to pay to ship back as well as prove everything with pictures. I guess a scammer knows how not to be scammed!
