The app worked at first,for a few minutes,then it won't open so I cant even set up the cameras. And that was with a public WiFi! The app never opens. Can I use another app?

garbage customer service, they won't help you, you have to email them and hope that they respond and the answer doesn't always help you so you have to email them again and hope they answer it correctly. Good luck dealing with them, they claim that they worked for a camera company in Santa Monica, if that's true, it is Ring, go with them, their customer service is fantastic

The spyfocus camera's are junk. The charge only lasts for 4 hours. You must have an SD card to save the videos. The app works but is not clear in how too use. Don't waste your time or money they are junk.

I've a very very unpleasant experience with Spyfocus with buying their cameras! I ask anyone who intend to buy these cameras to be very careful with it! Advertisement for the cameras were very enticing but the customer service was just not up to standard. I ordered & paid for 7 x spyfocus cameras on 25/04/2024. On the same day I asked to cancel 3 cameras (as I thought I should test them out the cameras first!) & was allowed. The refund was done on the same day - great to their credit! Thank you. On the April 27 I was told that the product has been shipped to the shipping address I've provided. On May 10 I was contacted by 2 different unknown companies by text & emails that some packages have arrived at A address with photos to prove. The companies that contacted me made no mention of any cameras or product that I've ordered. Just some packages. With the rampant spam these days, the companies text & emails really looked like spams. I contacted Spyfocus about my order on May 10 & was told that the package has been delivered to the shipping address (I've provided a secured key locked PO Box address) But according to the company that emailed me, the packages were sent to a home address - with photos to prove! After numerous emails back & forth they finally accepted & admitted that they were wrong & the package were lost in mail! They offered a refund or a replacement - on May 13. I opted for a replacement & that's where everything went from bad to worst! To cut the story short - with numerous emails to & fro - a replacement was supposedly sent but till this date, June 17, I've not received anything. An email was sent to me on June 16 saying that a refund was issued on June 13 but on checking my account I've not receive the refund yet! I do not think this company could be trusted.

These cameras are horrible, horrible picture, most won't connect to app, app is horrible. Quality worse than a potato camera!

Keine Anleitung in deutsch, kein QR Code am Gerät, APP auf dem iPhone nur mit nerviger Werbung. Bildqualität hat nichts mit HD zu tun. Keine Möglichkeit das Gerät zurück zu geben. Ein Reinfall

Liars! Fake reviews! This is junk. The battery died in 10 minutes. Who wants to constantly be recharging? Camera is horrible. I asked for my money back the same day I bought it I was told today, months later, I did not request my money in time. It is not 100 percent guarantee as advertised. RUN AWAY! TOTAL SCAM!

Spy focus is not what it says it is!!!! Instead of 9.8 in TrustPilot reviews, the genuine TrustPilot reviews are 1.4 . They are a fraudulent company who say you will pay one amount for camera and then when you purchase they debit way more for your purchase. As soon as they did this alarm bells were ringing. They then say they can’t refund as the transaction has already gone through to the warehouse. Typical scam tactics. Do not buy - or if you do unfortunately purchase one of these shambolic cameras then fight and fight until you get your money back. They won’t give up easily. I blocked all future payments with my bank after reading about future payments taken from customer’s accounts for future warranty payments’ they will take and take if they can. After reading all the negative feedback on the genuine TrustPilot reviews I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole. Certainly not worth screwing up your phone by downloading their dodgy app even if you do receive the camera. I had to raise a dispute with my bank and advise I had notified the fraud department before they took me seriously. DO NOT BUy!!!! And if you do … fight and fight until you get a conclusion. Never again!!!!
