SCAM. None of the cameras work and the app crashes constantly, making it impossible to get them working. None of their emails work (I recieved "undeliverable" bounce back messages) and the phone number helpline is just a constant loop saying you'll be connected to the next available agent, but there is no agent, it's just a recording that plays until you finally hang up. This company and product is a HUGE SCAM.

Das so schlimmste Produkt aller Zeiten. Ein- Ausschalter defekt. Nach einem ausreichenden Aufladen hält der Akku maximal 30 Minuten. Das völlig unbrauchbare Produkt wurde dem Abfallkreislauf übergeben. Schade dass man 1 Stern vergeben muss.

This is a COMPLETE SCAM. I bought the camera and they attempted to take more money. My bank stopped them. I realised it was a scam and tried to cancel the order using hello@spyfocusshop; support @spyfocus.com; support @spyfocus.com but all emails were undelivered. THEY DO NOT WORK! hello@getspyfocus sent me email stating item was out for delivery. Item was NEVER delivered. Please be warned. It is a scam out to get your money. They provide support@spyfocus as help contact email incase od problems with the order. The EMAIL DOES NOT WORK. I tried to cancel my order using support@spyfocus. but it was undelivered . The full emails have .com at the end but full emails are not allowed

Nicht für Aussenbereich geeignet. Akku hält nicht lange. Einrichtung, Beschreibung schlecht. Bildqualität schlecht. Rücknahmebedingungen schlecht. Preis viel zu hoch. Ganz mieses Produkt.

Habe 3 Minikameras bestellt und erhalten. Kameras lassen sich nicht installieren. Habe mich beim Service gemeldet und ein Mängelprotokoll erhalten, habe dieses ausgefüllt und zurückgesendet. ein paar Tage später bekam ich die Mitteilung, dass der Fall erledigt sei, da ich mich nicht gemeldet hätte. Also, Finger weg von den Kameras und von der Firma.

Habe eine Kamera bestellt und diese über Paypal bezahlt. Es wurden automatisch 4 SD Karten mitbestellt obwohl ich diese nie ausgewählt hatte. Einen Tag später erhalte ich eine Rechnung von zusätzlich 40 € für die eben genannten SD Karten. Die angegebene Nummer bei Fragen ist nur deko, am Telefon geht niemand ran. Eine Frechheit und pure abzocke.

Do not buy from this seller....item is tat, can't get it to work & after sales service is non excistant!!! THIS IS A SCAM

Before you even start to try and use the mini camera you will get bombarded with additional QR requests which will try and get you to set up monthly payments. You also get a verbal message which is not clear so un-usable product
