If I could give zero stars I would. These cameras are garbage. Took a lot of effort to get a refund. Luckily I paid using a credit card which eventually refunded me the full amount. I was ghosted by Spyfocus. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

SpyFocus also goes by the name Getcamtrix; I doscovered this after purchasing following rave reviews I now know to be shill / scam reviews. The SpyFocus website stated it would be 1 - 3 days for dispatch, and about an hour after purchasing, something about the site made me suspicious, so I checked Trustpilot (should have done that before purchasing, right?) Anyway, on seeing the reviews, I immediately sent an email to cancel the order. I got a response from "Victor" which immediately raised my suspicion further as it was "Victor" that responded to my queries when I purchased from Getcamtrix. I also noticed the payment (through PayPal, thank goodness) was taken by exactly the same entity as Getcamtrix The response I received was along the lines of "I'm sorry it's already been dispatched". I queried this, and queried why I had received neither purchase confirmation, not "Dispatch" advice. The responses also looked a little bit "template" as if it was the same thing sent to anyone that had a similar query or request. "Victor" explained that the speed of dispatch was due to having certain high-sale items pre-packed and ready to go, so it was just a matter of putting a shipping label on it and sending it straight away. Again, this didn't ring true and I queried why their website still showed the order as not yet having reached packing, if it was already dispatched, and why I had not received any dispatch advice. I also queried why it would take 24 hours to give a tracking number if all they had to do was put a label on it ... The next response I received said that they would "contact the delivery company and see if they could stop delivery". Amazing. I'm in Spain. and barely 1,5 hours after purchase it's on its way with a courier? I responded that investigation had shown SpyFocus and Getcamtrix to be one and the same company, each with equally appalling scores and once again demanded a refund, stating I would open a case with PayPal if no refund was received. This morning I received full refund via PayPal. Caveat emptor - let the buyer beware. This company IS a scam company that goes under various different names, one of which is Getcamtrix. I can't comment on the quality of the product as thankfully that was stopped in its tracks and I got money back, but do not trust this company, it is a scam.

1 star is generous!!...it is an absolute SCAM....clicked on to order a deal which should be only £34.99...loads of extra charges were automatically added before I even had chance to check and confirm as it was PayPal and was swift!!

Seit 9 Tagen gibt es keine Auskunft wann die Ware kommt, obwohl seit dieser Zeit alles abgebucht ist. Man hält mich hin mit Aussagen, dass es bald kommt. Sollt die Ware noch kommen werde ich diese nicht mehr annehmen. Absolut unbefriedigend und betrügerischen.

Habe 2 Kameras bestellt und 10 Minuten später storniert. Was laut Versender nicht mehr möglich war. Ich habe auch Paypal, Käuferschutz,kontaktiert, die mir mein Geld wieder zutücküberwiesen haben. Sie haben auch mein Konto gesperrt, damit diese Firma nichts mehr von meinem Konto abziehen können. Das war mir eine Lehre, kaufe nichts mehr ,bevor ich Trusted shop Bewertungen gelesen gebe. DIESE FIRMA HAT 0 BEWERTUNG VERDIENT!!!!!

Scammers. Tried to cancel when I read reviews from website that were not theirs within an hour. Was told it had been dispatched. Ordered was placed on 2 11 28. There tracking information shows it has not been labeled for shipping. They told me they were going to reship. I don't want a replacement. I want a refund. Their response was shipping was running behind. They refuse to issue me my money.

absolute Betrügerfirma kassiert mehr ab als man bestellt hat.gut das ich über Paypal bezahlt habe und storniert habe.die Stornierung wurde nicht angenommen da angeblich schon verschickt obwohl ich bis heute 28.2. keine Sendungsverfolgung erhalten habe. die Bewrtungen auf der Firmenseite sind alle verstunken und verlogen leider darum habe ich gekauft.nie wieder bei Fimen kaufen die man nicht kennt und eine 100% Bewertung haben

Eigentlich gar kein Stern, habe die Bewertungen leider auch zu spät gelesen! Schon eine Stunde später war die Stornierung nicht mehr möglich. Habe dann die Annahme verweigert. Der Mailkontakt brach ab. Habe heute die Sendungsverfolgung von Paypal geschickt und warte auf die Reaktionen. Großes Warnschild mit der Aufschrift Betrug anbringen!
