Es ist doch immer das gleiche , Leute bitte bevor ihr so ein Krimskrams bestellt. Schaut doch bitte erst mal bei Trustpilot nach Bewertungen. Ich wollte auch schon bestellen, aber wie gesagt schaue ich mir immer erst Rezensionen an. Es ist nicht mehr nachvollziehbar, was hier für Betrügereien am Tage gelegt werden. Leider kann man solche Menschen nicht immer zu Verantwortung ziehen , gebt lieber ein paar mehr Euros aus und kauft bei seriösen Firmen.

Achtung, der Verkäufer ist nicht kundenfreundlich! Ich habe die Kamera bestellt und wollte diesen Kauf nur wenige Minuten später stornieren und es gab riesige Probleme!

I have just received the 4 mini cameras I ordered, and they are completely unusable. The hardware quality is extremely poor. The off/on buttons do not function at all, and the mode buttons only work on one unit. As a result, the cameras cannot be properly operated. This app for operating this pile of junk is also unusable. This product does not match its description and is not fit for use. Do not buy this product it is completely useless.

Everything went wrong. When ordering, pop ups showed extras, said "no thanks" to all BUT all were added at checkout without showing an updated total but went straight to payment. Worst one was "recurring payment" that they set up to take money every month. Fortunately, I saw that right away and cancelled it. I filed claim with y credit card and Paypal and received most of my money back BUT NOT ALL of my money. These are PROFESSIONAL CON ARTISTS.

Ich habe mir Anfang Januar 2026 spyfocus cameras bestellt. Satte 91,23 € wurden meiner Kreditkarte belastet, obwohl der Preis für 2 Kameras bei gerade 70,00 € liegen sollte. Als ich die Kameras der Verpackung entnommen hatte, traf mich der Schlag. Für so einen billigen Schrott soviel Geld. Als ich mit dem Suport Kontakt aufgenommen hatte, bot man mir 25% Preisnachlass an, wenn ich die Kamera behalten würde. Es folgte ein reger Emailverkehr. Am 17.01 habe ich die Kameras zurückgeschickt. Wieder ellenlanger Emailverkehr (aber jetzt in deutsch). Am 22.01 war mein Geld zurück auf dem Kreditkartenkonto

Wow, having read other reviews I must admit I have been taken in by SpyFocus like everyone else. I can only agree with all comments I have read. Unscrupulious company. Offered 50%, asking for 75% & threatened to take it up with PayPal, but obviously that doesn't work. I am sending back to distribution warehouse, even though they told me to keep the cameras, which I told them they were only good to go in the trash can. I can only agree they are total rubbish. Blindsided!!!
