Well my issue is in the verification. I have odd addresses and it is taking a long time. So why five stars? The support team gets back right away. I have been struggling and they in return have been kind and understanding. Tthey are taking the verification process very seriously and in these days that makes me feel safe.

They are fine until something happens. So be careful or stay away completely. They are extremely incompetent in dealing with issues. I have gotten the run around for almost two months. They lost my utility payment. They keep emailing me that they will get back to me after they "talk to their partners" EVERY time I ask for an update. And this is for a utility bill. I will not trust this company with anything larger. Glad I started small. Stay far away.

I have just been asked to verify again, for the 3rd time after completing my 2nd verification only 10 days ago and completing several successful off-ramps. This repeated verification seems excessive. I've already provided sensitive information including a live selfie and bank records, and I'm concerned about what's happening with this data and why it seems to be missing from their systems. At a minimum, they should be keeping this sensitive information secure. When I ask for an explanation, they simply apologize and ask me to complete the verification again without providing any substantive answers. Poor management of data and customer support.
