I have never had a bad experience with this company. The products are beautifully made regarding style, comfort, true to size and delivery time. Once I discovered this shoe source I have purchased all my shoes from Springstep. It offers such a large variety of styles that I barely need to purchase anywhere else.

Thank you for being there when the shoes I bought were a little big...the exchange process for a smaller size was adequate and successful.. Loved the shoes all around.

I ordered two pair of boots. Great fit, good customer service. I would have liked a sale price or discount especially for returning customers .
