Spring Step ShoesReviews of springstepshoes.com

Great shoes! Site description is good and easy to order and prompt shipment with notifications.

The shoes are great--my second pair. Quality construction, stylish and comfort! Love the color too. BUT the box was severely damaged & partially open. Thank goodness the shoes were not affected.

Fit perfectly...really attractive shoe.

I had to return what I ordered this time sorry to say as it’s my first time to do so Customer Service made this trouble free and so appreciated how nice the person was

Called the company for assistance call was professionally handled person was knowledgeable. My orders are always received within a reasonable amount of time and I love the products offered

This was my first order from Spring Step Shoes although I have purchased shoes from the L'Artiste line elsewhere. I wear a size 5 which is hard to find but Spring Step had an abundance. The shoes run true to size, very comfortable and the design offers that special something so lacking elsewhere. I am so pleased.

Good descriptions of the shoes, easy returns (for a fee), excellent US-based Customer Service personnel who know what they are doing and are always professional and courteous.

The quality of shoes I ordered is excellent….I needed to exchange one of the pairs for one size larger and the refund/exchange page on the site did not work for me. I called the company directly and the representative who helped me did an outstanding job of walking me thru the process. So far, I appreciate the service and quality of product I received 👏
