So comfortable
So comfortable! I bought the shoes in two sizes because I wasn't sure which ones to buy. My true to size 8.5 was perfect!

Customer service team is excellent.
Whenever I experience difficulty using the system,( i.e. rewards) helpful customer service team members offer assistance. Then they go beyond to help me with figuring out how to resolve the issue. October 23, 2025. Ms. Thompson

Delivery took two weeks
Took 12 days from placing my order to delivery of my order. For this high quality product, the shipping process needs improvement.

Beautiful. Very narrow
I purchased a beautiful pair of booties. My feet are average width and these booties are very narrow. If you have wide feet these are not for you.
