Your customer service person was very friendly and funny and knowledgeable. I called because I added a new kitten to my family. I have yet to make a claim, so can't comment on that.

They deny claims for monthly seizure refills for my dog. They are asking for a prescription that includes the PRICE. Their customer service don't do anything, just repeat same request over and over again. You ask for a supervisor, not available. This is not acceptable and frustrating. They already received the invoice and the prescription from me and from the vet as well dated last week, yet they want a form from the vet that includes the price. I don't buy this seizure medicine from the vet.

At 6 weeks old I called Spot to get information about a policy for my new puppy. I was told I could set up the policy now - but that it wouldn't start until she was 8 weeks old and in our possession. I went ahead and did that to have one more box checked off and ready to go ahead of time. However - I was told the policy is invalid because the puppy is not 8 weeks old and in our possession yet and it would be canceled. I only set it up now upon their instruction. I'm ok with the cancelation but they wouldn't fully refund the money they charged - when it was their mistake. I was only following the agents instructions. Unfair to tell me to do one thing, charge me, and then not provide a full refund.

Spot was great with our emergency vet visit. They paid a large portion of a bill that was quite high. It was easy to file and it didn’t take long to get the decision. Glad we have them.

We have submitted two claims; both were processed promptly and fairly. Refund was sent as a check as requested.

Quick response time for processing and paying my claim. Easy to use system.
