Once I reviewed my policy and met the deductibles I was able to submit my claim. We all need to read what is covered, my two rescues are my family and need to treat them as such. The policy paid the portion within a couple of days.

Spot makes it very simple to place a claim with lots of options for doing so. I chose to use snail mail and have had no difficulty. Spot lets me know when they receive my claim, when they have processed the claim, and what the payment is. I find Spot a very good pet insurance and will recommend Spot to my friends.
