I have been with this company for 4 years and the only constructive criticism i have to say is about the increase on the annual fee, i know how everything is expensive now a days and the only hope to afford care, is insurance as long as is reachable. For the rest i can say only good things, every time I had a claim has been processed with no problems and efficiently.

Very hard to deal with. Been trying to get help and can’t get an associate who is capable of helping. My insurance was cancelled without my approval. Never did I receive a letter on such cancellation. I had fraud on my credit card I had on file and gave them my new one which apparently they didn’t put in on. They are now telling me my insurance was cancelled yet I never received such letter All I am asking them to do is reinstate my policy and backdate as if it was not cancelled It’s funny how they have no problem signing you up but after that they don’t want to help

Just joined since we have a new pup. We took her for her first vets visit and I submitted the claim and we got reimbursed a payment directly to our bank account within 48 hrs. The app is easy to use and we feel good that we have coverage for our little doggie.
