We bought pet insurance for our puppy and I am so glad we did- utilized it for an emergency visit and subsequent hospitalization. It was nice to know there would be reimbursement coming. First time filing the claim- I’m impressed by the user friendly app and how quick the process was.

So far so good. Had an eye injury and have been reimbursed for the bills that have been properly submitted. Still working on last one. Waiting on Dr.s notes.

Our dog, Bear got sick and he needed to be seen at a local vet hospital ER with a follow up with a primary. Getting the proper care was our first concern. We sent both bills the Spot and they were handled is a very fast & timely manner. Thank you Spot for always being there when it comes to our four legged children. Prompt service coupled with an excellent staff was just what we needed and Spot came through with flying colors. Thanks again

Customer service at Spot Pet Insurance is nothing short of terrible. But having individuals who can speak the English language would be a plus. Dealing with same claim for 2 months. Always give same excuse they don't have all the Veterinarian notes. I've sent them 21 pages of records 4 different times now. Always get same excuse. Need Veterinarian notes. I am beyond frustrated with this company.

I'm a 1st time pet insurance buyer. I always thought that there were giant hurdles and insurance loophole that would prevent compensation of services. That being said, SPOT has never denied me a claim and has always supported the operations, medications and care of my dog. I can truly say I am 100% impressed with SPOT.

Filing a claim was easy and reimbursement was timely. It's been a difficult time dealing with my dogs diagnosis but spot insurance gave me confidence and the relief I desperately needed.

I had an emergency vet bill of over 700.00. They paid their 70% in a reasonable amount of time. I will be keeping the insurance when it is time to renew.

It takes FOREVER to even get reimbursed it seems like they don’t even want to reimburse you for the bill, i waited for 3 weeks just for them to tell me to take a different picture and they didn’t let me submit it to that case so I had to open a new case and submit it I’ve been waiting 2 weeks now and it’s still processing
