Response to claim was quick, but not efficient
Response to claim was quick, but I had to submit twice due to prepayment for one test. I understand the service was not yet rendered, but I wouldn't have paid if I did not intend to drop off the sample. Why make me submit twice... the amount was paid.

Wonderful experience
During such a stressful time for our pet, knowing that our expenses for her care were covered by Spot was such a relief. The payment of claims was quick and customer service were incredibly kind and informative. I cannot recommend Spot Pet Insurance enough!

SPOT PET INSURANCE IS A SCAM! THEY LOVE TAKING MY MONTHLY PREMIUM'S BUT WHEN IT CAME TIME TO MAKE A FIRST CLAIM THEY CAME UP WITH A B.S. PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS AND WOULD NOT COVER THE TREATMENT OF THE LARGE HEMATOMA ON MY BOYS RIGHT EAR. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!! B.W. / COMMERCE TWP. MI
