WENT UP ON MY MO
WENT UP ON MY MO. PAYMENT DID NOT KNOW IT UNTIL I HAD PAY IT. WE HAVE HAD VERY FEW CLAIMS. WE ARE ON SOCIAL SECURITY AND CAN NOT AFFORD IT!!!!!! SO EITHER YOU GO DOWN ON PAYMENT OR CANCEL POLICY!

Very smooth process-paid exactly what it said it would cover
Very smooth process. Clear on what they do and don’t cover. I had some high bills from a couple of emergency vet visits with my cat and there were no issues or arguments on what I could claim. Would def keep using. I don’t know what I would have done if I hadn’t insured my cat. The overall bills came to around 7000 but I only had to pay around 1500 with insurance.

Peacefully I can take mowgli to…
Peacefully I can take mowgli to hospital or doctors if anything happened to him No need to worry about money, glad to have spot insurance for my lovely mowgli.

I submitted a claim for my pups ER…
I submitted a claim for my pups ER visit and I was asked to resubmit all of his records for the past year again!! 44 pages of info!! I was told by the first representative that they didn’t have his records which was to me very upsetting since I had to email everything when I opened the policy. I had to call back to get a representative that was very helpful and found his information. She was going yo get my claim looked at again right away. I also don’t think I’m being reimbursed correctly.

Spot has been a great insurance
Spot has been a great insurance. It's easy to pay, easy to upload the invoices and they send the reimbursement fast - right after you meet you deductible. I haven't have any issue with them. I am really really happy.

Highly recommended
Excellent customer service during sign up with clear communication of coverages and extremely strait forward coverage with no hidden fees or restrictions. Had one claim and simple, quick and fast reimbursements.
