Spot Pet is the best …
Spot Pet provides a user friendly platform to submit claims. Claims are reviewed quickly with fast decision making . So glad we have Spot Pet over the years - especially when we were hit with a substantial bill for IVDD surgery. Always excellent customer service -

Didn't have to choose between mortgage and vet bills
Having spot insurance let me get my sweet kitty the care she needed without missing my mortgage payment. I'm so thankful I have Spot.

My dog needed to have his teeth…
My dog needed to have his teeth cleaned. The vet bill was $725, I submitted the claim to Spot and within a week I received a check for $393. I am pleased with the outcome, and will continue to keep Spot for years to come.

excellent reimbursement and quickly done
They are not trying to see what they can do to deny your claim. They give you an honest reimbursement. Very compassionate.

Affordable Pet Insurance
Spot Pet Insurance is one of the most affordable pet insurance I have found. The accident and illness option has help me offset a vet bill I had in an emergency situation I had with my dog. However, when it comes to preventative care, the reimbursement options could be better. Customer service is excellent and the help they have given me is priceless. I would have given 5 stars if there were more options for preventative care. All in all, I'm happy with Spot Pet Insurance.

Made a really difficult time easier.
Claim was processed quickly and easily. I simply provided receipts and vet info and the next email I got was that the claim had been processed in addition to a sympathy email on the loss of our dog. Made the book keeping part of a heartbreaking week much easier.
