UI and accessibility
there is a distressing lack of a guide how to use the insurance claims or manage pets/etc Its hard to navigate, and even though I tried to apply fhe 10% discount on a new pet, it appears I did not get it. The UI of the apps and site are simple; perhaps too simple.

Overall I am happy with service
Overall I am happy with service. Peace of mind knowing that my fur baby is covered. The Sam's prescription benefit saves a lot of money for heartworm prevention and the preventative add on has been great for those health checkup. They do process claims, just not fast and not everything is covered. Raised rates after first year with only using preventative service. I will see if this increase do continue then there will be a point the premium will no longer make sense. For now I am happy.

Spot is simply the best!
Spot is simply the best!! We have had our policy for 3 years since our Luka was a baby and they have been stellar. I hear some terrible stories about Embrace and others and we are so very happy we chose Spot for the lifetime of our Luka!
