Jonathan Smith is STELLAR! We have had the great fortune of working with him over the last 6 months. He is a man of many talents. He has helped us troubleshoot and resolve some printer issues (hardware), and worked through some programming issues (software) with our integration to R365 accounting. He is always very easy to work with and quick to respond. He is willing to really dig deep and figure out our issues. We love working with him.

the fact that no matter how what is happening there is 24 hour service and all we ahev to do is call. when we bought our system there was an issue with the main terminal (the mother board was corrupt) they replaced it quickly and with no questions asked
