Purchased 4 boxes Magtech/first defense. Would not feed into brandnew subcompact. A Michelle said no refund call manufacturer. The salesperson stated this was a standard thing. I said would never call them again, did not care.

Don't trust Sportsman's guides listings! I received them they were "new old stock" from the 70's. When I opened the package the suit had such a bad smell I had to open the windows and air out the place. It had turned dark brown in spots and was dried out and beginning to crack. It was easy to return them on the website. I mailed them back with the label they provided and it has been two weeks and they have not refunded my money. I tried to contact them and I got an email that said "Thank you for contacting the Sportsman’s Guide Customer Experience team. We have received your email. Don’t worry… there’s no need to call as one of our expert team members is looking into your inquiry and will get back to you shortly." I contacted Paypal to open a case but they were no help. So I'm out 100 dollars and have nothing to show for it. This suit is not "new" it's is "new old stock" that is beyond it's use by date and starting to breakdown.

Interesting looking at this site that I got luck and canceled my second order. So I made one order of ammo cans and everything worked out fine, quick response shipping etc. Then I decided to order some mags and ammo and stuff after doing the 30 day member trial And paid with my credit card. After a week I noticed it was “in processing“ with a NA ship date. First call couldn’t get through after 20 minutes and had to go to work. Second call I got through after 8 minutes and was told “we need to verify your order”, ok so you need to check the address, “oh no, is this phone Number your calling on yours...? How long have you had this number...? My response was of course what does that have to do with anything, “ I need to verify”. A VERY FIRM VERIFY AGAINST WHAT”. Response back floored me, “I see you live at the address listed but if your not willing to give me a phone I can verify, I’ll cancel the order” my response was of course you do that cause I will never be back. So it seems this membership thing is Either a credit scam to get data or a ploy by the anti gunners to know what your buying, Never had a place willing to kill a order when I had paid with a CC, UFB. Please be ware, this is absolutely not what it seems.

I submitted this review to Sportsman's Guide and was told it did not meet their standards. I guess they don't like anything critical: SG's size chart is wrong. All I wanted was an exchange to get the right size. No, you have to return and reorder. So I returned the $16.19 hat and reordered a second hat in a smaller size. When I got my CC statement I only got $1.19 credit for the $16.19 return. When I called they said I had used their $15 Christmas sale coupon on my original $111 order, so they were taking back the $15 on my refund. I said I was just following their procedure to get the correct size. Too bad! "Customer Satisfaction Guarantee", doesn't apply here! Merry Christmas!

Probably the best place on the web for milsurp, and by far the sleaziest to deal with. Their return policy is difficult by design, descriptions are rarely accurate, and orders are often light. I am done with them.

Return Policy is not clearly stated on certain items. It is buried in their Return Policy that treestands are non-refundable. Nowhere in the item description does it mention that the item is non-refundable. I cancelled my trial membership. If an item is not refundable make certain the shopper knows that. Don't hide it in a small print policy on the last page.

They didn't send what I ordered...., which was supposed to be a Christmas gift, correct item is now on back order and would not ship for another month. Cancelled order and can't get my money back until they get the wrong item back. I had to go to a local store, dish out another $400, and am still waiting for the shipping label they say they sent 2 weeks ago. Can't get a straight answer from customer service....which I sat on hold for 30 min...got transfered twice to the wrong department.....What a joke. NEVER buying from this place again!! It's a scam!

honestly the company has gone completely down the toilet their customer service Representatives have next to no intelligence and are unable or unwilling to resolve even small problems
