Order from here if you want to get your hopes up and not have your items delivered and you will receive no contact from the company even after a few emails

Purchased Israeli gas mask. Came with the broken right top patch. Was told by customer service that item non returnable. Shady policy. Worst is that it or s not the first time they send broken items.130 dollar down the pipe. Scam!

Take the money and run sounds quite close that is happening. We are under a different situation with the virus right now, but Sportsman Guide is by far handling it the worst. They will not get back to you and then when they do five days later it is an automated email saying that you and we are working to be our best. Best at sucking.

Very poor customer service and communication. I realize these are very difficult times. I placed an order for 12 ammo cans on 3-28-20. As I checked out a promo popped up offering 12 additional cans for $19.00. I hot the agreed tab 3 times and it then timed me out. When I checked my order within 3 minutes the additional 12 ammo cans were not on the order, a total of 24. I emailed customer service within 5 minutes and an email replied that they would get right back with me. I finally received an email from them 4-1-20 advising me that the 12 ammo cans did ship, obviously see never payed attention to my original email. I will not do business with this company again and based on the other reviews I will make sure to cancel my free 30 day member ship so they do not do an automatic payment deduction.

order a case valued over 50 w/ engraving and got a case valued under 20 w/ no engraving order ammo never received but says it was delivered

Ordered 8 mm and 9 mm ammo. Next day I was e-mailed receipt that showed 9 mm ammo was not available for another 5 weeks. Cancelled the order (possible only by e-mail at the time) and got confirmation email from them. The next day got confirmation that the partial shipment was shipped. Complete disregard for my cancellation. And I already ordered elsewhere.

I placed an order for some ammo. It had a discount, if I joined the free trial buyers club. I signed up and got the discount, then I immediately canceled my buyers club membership and even went to the extra step of removing any payment method that was stored on my account. A month later, they have charged me on my credit card for their buyers club renewal. I contacted them and canceled it again and they claim to be processing a refund, but I find this entire interaction to be very underhanded and dishonorable. I will never do business with them again. Your mileage may vary, but be careful.
