Purchased this ammo over a month ago and still haven’t received it. I understand the shortage but I have purchased the same ammo as well as other ammo for a less price and have received two shipments. Then at checkout I was asked to join a membership was ironic (which I’m glad I didn’t) because I don’t see the befit of paying a subscription for a longer wait time. A little ridicules if you ask me. As far as the price I found it cheaper and at comparable prices other places. As far as Wolf ammo I’ve shot it before and it’s been good. Concerning this ammo, it’s condition or how it is shipped I can’t say because I’m still waiting. I’ll probably go somewhere to purchase ammo in the future. Update: After sending them this feedback they sent it back to me saying it didn’t meet their criteria for a review. I can see why, I wouldn’t want a real review about my garbage service either.

Made a order for boots March 16 after several emails I received them April 21st. Now having them the bottom of the boot came apart after 3 days. I have been attempting to email for a solution and have not been contacted.

Bought rain bibs for hubby and it had a broken zipper. I had to send them back and pay for postage. Terrible place to buy anything!

I bought 4 boxes of 12 MRE's from sportsman's guide and after a long delay I did receive them BUT the breakdown of the meals was not what I would call assorted. Out of 48 meals 21 are Vegetarian Taco pasta, 15 are Elbow macaroni in tomato sauce. 9 are Beef patty grilled jalapeno. 3 Cheese Tortellini. I spent $180+ dollars for this.. All sportsman's guide customer service had to say is we don't take back food products and it says "assortment may be vary"

There have been Multiple times now that I’ve ordered products with future ship dates posted and not only were they changed after purchasing, they were changed by MONTHS!!! Absolutely terrible company to deal with and will not be purchasing from them again.

I found a sought after item in stock at their site, and ordered online. But 3 weeks later nothing had been sent. Emails to customer service were ignored, and they don’t answer the phone. I was finally able to reach a human on the phone and cancelled the order. It had not been processed at all in 3 weeks Pathetic.

I purchased an item without being a member or paying for a membership. Item was shipped and received quickly. I received updated tracking emails from the company as well as the shipping company. Couldn’t ask for a better transaction. Will definitely do business with them again!

The worst club to be a part of. We pay to be a part of this club and they don't even give us up to date inventory to choose from you wouldn't know if your going to get the product you choose until they downloaded your order meaning they don't know their selfs if they have the product
