bought a product that was falsely advertised. very unpleased because I can't return because of covid 19. their goes 100 out the window!

This company is a total bait and switch company. I've reported them to the ftc. Customer service stinks. Please go with any other company than this one, God bless and good luck

Ordered stuff back in September 2020, was supposed to be delivered in 14 days. My order has been pushed back till 7-1–21. They offer no other replacements or options. Purchase elsewhere, don’t lose out on time.

I work for a University and we are not allowed to be charged tax. I placed an order for a faculty member who is doing a research project. I submitted my tax exemption letter three times including the invoice where they charged me tax. No one has ever responded. I also called three times and spoke with customer service personnel. The email response says someone will contact you within three day. that is a lie. They never respond. My issue is not being resolved. Bad Bad customer service.

I have to say ditto to all the negitive comment's given here from the past months... Since April I had .22 LR on order and have been sent email saying they are on back order and I had to respond to their email to keep on the list of my order... I responded everytime to their email that I still wanted my order when available... I just got a email tonight that my order has been cancelled all together and would have to put back in for my order... So AGAIN, I went back on their web site to get back on the list for my backorder.. Outside of this, I have always had good luck with getting any ammo it any product from Sportsman's Guide... The company has been a good place to deal with in the past so I will continue to trust they will come through again in the future... As for ammo prices, it is high everyplace you look, supply and demand and many people hording ammo all they can get, but feel when the ammo suppliers can get caught up, we will see the prices come down again, maybe not where they were, but they should not be as high as gold...

Ordered a box of rounds back in August 2019. Was backordered until Jan 2021. Come Jan 2021 received another message stating the 500 rounds are delayed until April 2021. This is gross negligence. Even our local dealer here receives thousands of rounds 2x per week. If your logistics setup can't field 500 rounds to one customer in nearly half a year it's broken or doesn't care. Do not trust any back orders through this website.

I ordered some .223 ammo on July 3rd. Not until after I’d paid for it did it say it was to be back ordered. Estimated date of shipping was Oct. I wasn’t in a hurry so OK. Then in Oct. the sent an email saying it’d be Jan. 13, on Jan 3 I got a new email saying it’ll be April. I guess they’re waiting for prices to go back down.
