Sportsman's GuideReviews of sportsmansguide.com

Second time I purchased a firearms from SG and probably last. Firearm arrived on time however they say free shipping but charge a handling fee of $14 for the firearm to be shipped and to make Mather worse I subscribed to the membership to get the 4 payment and they did charge the FULL amount on the card. When called the response is "sorry nothing we can do about it" As the owner of a Firearm training school and after sending students to SG over the past four years, I found this practice malicious and unprofessional.

I’ve been using them for a little over a year now, I’ve never personally had an issue. I also see that most of the negative reviews come in to play when backordering ammo. I would say it’s probably a staff issue, overselling stock is a big problem for these internet stores sometimes.

Scam!!! Stay away!! Ordered product and never received it. Sportsman’s Guide alleged that the order was cancelled and funds were returned however I never received the money back into my account!! Complete scam!!

I had an item on backorder for a month and they cancelled it for no reason. Their only resolution was to get in the back of the line - which is now a 2 month wait.

Never had any issues with SG. I've ordered for them numerous times and always got my product. And they let you know in the disclaimer some products May differ in color and condition then shown on the website.

They absolutely do not care about their customers. Im a new to black powder revolvers and I spent about 500$ on a really cool Colt Walker reproduction on their site, it took about 2 months to finally get here, after owning it for 3 or 4 months and not firing it I decide to get a new cylinder for my walker. Only to discover that they actually sent me a completely different revolver that they sell for around 300$. When I emailed customer support they just said that it wasn't their problem.

Placed a rather expensive order 10 days ago and it didn’t even ship yet. I called for customer service because the website is useless if you have a problem... 48 minute wait time. Outrageous. That’s poor service by any standard.

HOW IS THIS BUSINESS NOT SHUT DOWN??? debit card fraud from this business.. I saw another comment that said the exact same, I never shopped here. what the hell.
