Zero stars if possible. I ordered an item that was not labeled as back-ordered. I made the purchase, and within a few days received an email saying my item was back-ordered. It has been 14 months and I still haven't received my item. I get an email every month asking if I want to "Keep Item"(which just pushes the estimated ship date back another month) or "Cancel Item"(which gives me a refund, but I lose the price at which I purchased the item at). I called customer service and offered to accept a similar item at the same cost and they said no. This is the first time I have used Sportsman's Guide, and it will be the last. They will get zero business from me going forward.

This place is a effing joke! They keep wanting you to cancel order after waiting a full year. They know they can make more selling the bullets I purchased a year ago! Total disgrace for a ammo supply store!

Ordered ammo at 99 bucks for 350 rounds of 9mm in 2020. Got an email that said it was to be shipped out in June 2021. They canceled my order without. Telling me. Now the ammo is much more in price and they will not honor the price I had originally placed. This company sucks. Order #50768430. I will never buy from this company again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My order got delivered to the wrong house I called sportsman’s guide they said they need to talk to fedex and they would get back to me didn’t hear from them so I called back they said there waiting on Fedex and sportsman guide would contact me when they hear from fedex no I didn’t hear from sportsman guide but Fedex found my package and delivered it to me and still no word from sportsman guide

Placed an order and it was backlogged, OK. SG cancelled the order after only sending one email notifying a longer back order date. OK, but one email??? I log into SG weekly to check status and there is no action on my part indicated anywhere. In addition, I have sent multiple emails to them, through their website and zero response.

Would rate them less than one star if I could. Just received an order of 5.56 ammo that I ordered over on 8/5/2020 I kept getting emails about every 3 months that my order is still back ordered would I like to cancel. Yeah like I want to cancel 1000 rounds of 5.56 at $0.38 each. I emailed them a couple of times asking why it takes this long to get 5.56 ammo in only to be told backorder are fill in oder they were received. I call BS on this one folks. I have canceled my Sportsman's Guide membership and never again will order from them. Mark me one dissatisfied customer.
