Ordered using their 4 pay plan was hospitalized due to illness then received an email saying my payment was late and just happened to notice they’d cc’d the person I bought my house from. I can only assume that they also were a customer and since we had the same physical address they’d let them know that my payment was late. After contacting them they offered to remove the 3rd party’s email address from my account. Unacceptable Sportsman’s Guide.

Placed an order in July 2020 for items backordered but showed expected in 30 days. The prices of these items went up due to the Pandemic. Just before the date that my items were to ship, I got an email from SG saying the manufacturer had delays and they had to push forward my ship date. On the original date my items were to ship, SG posted the same items on their website for sale at an inflated price. This happened 6 times till October 2021, when I finally got fed up. Horrible ethics from a company

Will not order again. Have ordered 3 times in the last month. The products are fine but the shipping with FedEx is horrible. As long as they use FedEx, I won’t be ordering again. My merchandise will sit is one location for 3 days. Arrival date will come and go and no merchandise until 3-4 days later. They are aware of the problem. Try Amazon instead!

All these negative reviews are ridiculous. Ive ordered a ton of military surplus from them and it always ships by the next day. The quality is usually as described and if it isn’t they’ll take it back no questions asked. If you’re trying to get ammo go somewhere else. They don’t have the cheapest prices on ammo anyways. Use ammoseek and find the 4 and 5 star online retailers. You’ll save quite a bit over what sportsman’s guide is charging for ammo.

The reviews that state “you have to deal with vendor directly are so true”. No accountability. I ordered a hunting blind in August just received an email “won’t arrive till November” after our deer season. Beyond disappointing! What are savings when disappointment is the end result! Now we will see what kind of a company they are. The need to credit my card $4,200. I bet I will have to get a lawyer and I WILL!

They are terrible. There is always something missing or a problem comes up. When you call (prepare to be on hold for 45 minutes ) they say you have to deal with the manufacturer! I honestly believe they are selling seconds or crap that was returned for whatever reason. Then they have their "Satisfaction Gauranteed" statement. What a joke. The exclusions are basically everything. My advice-find a local supplier or use Amazon.

I had 4 orders with them and after 10 days I saw that my order still was NOT processed u called them and the phone message was saying they where busy and to try later before it hung up and I finally got someone today and I was told my orders are canceled with NO reason why they told me I canceled them and I did not the worsted

Never got my order and I was checking on it for months and months they kept saying it was coming. And after all that , they cancelled my order without telling me. I’ve waited over a year for them to finally just cancel. Worst company I have ever had experience with.
