Not even a 1 star. Terrible service, will not order another thing. I ordered 5inch grub received the 6 inches. It’s the normal thing to do take money when you do not have the right product. I sat on the phone for 25 min to talk to a supervisor because. It’s not fair that I gotta take time out of my day to fix there mistake. Was hung up on twice. Second time I only said supervisor, supervisor because my previous call lasted 25 min and got nowhere. As I asked the Second Lady to talk to a supervisor. She kept depending my name. And other information, I said u can not help me I want a supervisor. After many times asking and not being told to wait to talk to a supervisor. I then said this is groups and my lawyer will get involved if I can’t speak to a supervisor. I am now on a list that I can not talk to anyone. All because I was not able to talk to a supervisor. Terrible waste of an hour to have nothing solved

Wish I could give zero stars! They sent my $175 order to the wrong address, in a completely different city, then told me they won't do anything about it. Will NEVER give them another dime of my business! Worthless customer service. Worthless company!

I place an order online for several items to be shipped to my son for his birthday. My order was automatically cancelled. After 4 days of emails and phone calls, they finally cleared the issue and advised me to wait 24 hours and then try to place my order again. Yeah, that's not gonna happen. I placed an order with another retailer, but now it will arrive too late. Stay away!

I wanted to share positive feedback about one of your team members who assisted me recently. I called Menlyn Sportsman Warehouse for help with an online exchange, the Lady by the name Surprise was incredibly helpful. She walked me through the entire process over the phone, was patient, clear, and made sure i was sorted out without any hassle. Her service was professional and friendly, and it made a big difference to my experience with Sportsman Warehouse. Please pass on my thanks – she’s a real asset to your store.

NEVER shopping at this store again. The whole Spokane store looks like it's missing half its inventory. Bought a gun online through the website and received an email to set up an appointment for the background check. No problems. Get to the store, find no one working at the registers or customer service, so I wonder the store, heading toward the gun area. Wait for service and then tell the guy that my order is in. We do all the things -- we takes my DL and gets the order. Then he asks me for my WA firearms safety certificate. What? Oh, it turns out they need this before doing a background check, but that was NOT in the email telling me to make an appt. so I can get the background check completed. It's a silly requirement, with about seven screens you need to flip through to get the certificate... so the guy tells me to just do it on my phone. Nope. Not good enough cell service in the store, so I have to go to the parking lot. Tried on three browsers and not working. Go back to the store; ask to speak to a manager. Now we have three guys standing around telling me there is nothing to do but drive home 40 miles and do it and come back. With these gas prices? What can you do for me? Nothing they say. I might just have to get a refund. They shrug. I decide to try one more time -- I walk way out, almost out of the parking lot... and then it works. Go back in and now have to take the background check on a tablet... but then the guy keystrokes everything from the tablet into his computer. What? Then he has me check the form and then the other two guys. Finally, it's all done. ONE HOUR. And then he has the never to make me pay $18 for the background check; no offer of a discount or even free for the mixup. Nothing. This was supposedly the "on-duty" store manager.

More of a buyer's beware. If you purchase an item at a store while traveling thru an area and then find the item faulty, you will have to go back to that store to return it. You cannot return store purchased products online. If that store is hours away, you are screwed!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THEIR WEBSITE STORE! I recently purchased a $3,000 Humminbird head unit that was listed "in stock". I need the equipment ASAP so I paid for expedited shipping. It has been four days since. It has yet to ship and they still have $3,000 of my money tied up in a "pending" bank transaction. Customer service told me that another company is fulfilling the order. THEY ARE SELLING MERCHANDISE THAT THEY DO NOT OWN OR HAVE IN INVENTORY! GARBAGE COMPANY!
